Here is our list of rates for the different rooms we have. These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. We have a 7 day cancellation policy.

1 Queen:          $60
2 Double's:      $70
King:                 $70

All prices are tax included.

***Construction rates are available, please call and ask. A three day minimum is required for these rates. Weekly and Monthly rates are now available so please call me!

Wendy has been replacing the linens in the rooms. I thought I would never have to worry about things like "thread count." We are also slowly replacing the bathrooms in the rooms. I apologize if you happen to get a bathroom that hasn't been renovated. Please be patient as we are replacing them as time allows. We have also replaced old wood decks with no ones that are decked in composite. Its nicer on your barefeet. They say that this material lasts over 50 years.

We treat everyone like Wendy's family.

Amenities

We would like your stay with us to be pleasent so we offer free coffee in our lobby from 5:30 am to Noon. But, if you like coffee in the afternoon or evening just ask and a fresh pot will be brewed for you. Or if you are going fishing/hunting/departing earlier than 5:30 am let us know and the coffee will be on when you need it.
